Data is collected exclusively for: providing the service, managing accounts and subscriptions, sending service-related notifications. No data is used for advertising purposes without explicit consent.

Article 3 - Hosting and Security

All data is hosted in Europe or the United States on secure infrastructure (Supabase - EU, Vercel - US). Communications are encrypted via HTTPS. No data is transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 4 - Retention Period

Account data is deleted within 90 days of any deletion request. Billing data may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

Article 6 - Cookies

The service only uses technical cookies necessary for operation (session, authentication). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

Data is never sold or rented to third parties. It may only be shared with technical subcontractors necessary for the operation of the service (hosting, authentication), in strict compliance with the GDPR.
