Refund Policy

Article 1 - Free Plan

The Free plan is accessible without payment. No refund is applicable.

Article 2 - Paid Subscriptions

Starter and Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day after the payment date. Within this period, you may request a full refund without giving any reason.

Article 3 - Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of payment, you may request a full refund. Beyond this period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access to the service until that date.

Article 4 - Request Procedure

Any refund request must be submitted using the link at the bottom of the page within 14 days of the relevant billing date. After this period, no request will be accepted.

Article 5 - Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party provider acting as Merchant of Record. In the event of a payment dispute, the payment provider's terms and conditions apply jointly with these terms.
